23rd EMC Industry Seminar in Magdeburg 2026

On 3 November 2026, the Chair of Electromagnetic Compatibility at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg will host the 23rd edition of its annual Magdeburg EMC Industry Seminar, an event well known both within and beyond the EMC community in Central Germany.

This year’s theme:
Implementing Cost-Efficient and Effective EMC Measures in Practice – With a Focus on Automation, AI Applications, High-Frequency Technologies, Defence Technologies and Other Current EMC Requirements
(Selected EMC solutions by and for practitioners; EMC components, assemblies and materials; EMC measurement technology, test methods and test equipment; EMC standardisation; etc.)

The main venue is planned to be Festung Mark in Magdeburg, situated close to the university’s main campus. The opening ceremony and plenary lecture, industry exhibition, technical presentations and lunch for all participants will take place here. Visits to additional EMC laboratories at the Chair, such as the EMC reverberation chamber on the main campus, are also being considered.
